Digital Growth Studio ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

This policy applies to visitors of digitalgrowthstudio.co, to people who sign up for our free resources, and to clients of Quiz List Launch and any other services we offer.

It also applies to the sample quizzes and funnel pages we create to show how a Quiz List Launch quiz can look and work, such as radianthealth.digitalgrowthstudio.co. Radiant Health is a fictional brand created by Digital Growth Studio for demonstration purposes. Digital Growth Studio is responsible for any information collected on these sample pages, even though the emails you receive from them may carry the sample brand name.

Quizzes we build for clients are run by those clients, who are responsible for their own privacy policy and for the information collected through their own quiz.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you give us directly: your name and email address when you sign up for a free checklist or other resource, and any additional details you provide when purchasing or onboarding for a service, such as your business information, website, email platform details, offer details, and files like your logo.
• Quiz information: when you take one of our quizzes, including our sample quizzes, and sign up, we store your name, email address, and your quiz result (for example, which energy type you received) so we can send you the matching result emails. Your individual quiz answers are not stored.
• Payment information: when you purchase Quiz List Launch or another service, payment is processed through ThriveCart, our checkout provider. We do not directly collect or store your full card details. ThriveCart and its payment processors handle that information according to their own privacy and security practices.
• Email engagement information: our email services, Sendy and Brevo, may record whether an email was delivered, opened, or clicked, so we can understand what content is useful to our subscribers.
• Communications: if you email us directly, we keep a record of that conversation to respond to you and to deliver services you have purchased.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the resource, service, or product you have requested or purchased
• Send you the emails you have signed up for, including welcome sequences, updates, and occasional promotional content
• Communicate with you about your order or an ongoing service
• Improve our website, resources, and services
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on the following legal bases to process your information:

• Consent: for sending you marketing emails after you opt in through one of our forms. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
• Contract: to deliver a service you have purchased from us.
• Legitimate interest: to operate and improve our business, respond to inquiries, and maintain the security of our website.
• Legal obligation: where we are required to retain certain information, such as for tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies

Our website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, such as those required by our checkout provider, ThriveCart, to process an order securely. Our sample quiz pages save a single letter identifying your quiz result in your browser's temporary session storage during your visit. It does not contain your name, email address, or answers, and it is cleared when you close the browser tab. The sign-up forms on those pages are provided by Brevo and may use their own cookies or similar storage, which Brevo controls. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Third Party Services We Use

To run our business and deliver our services, we work with the following third party providers, each of which processes certain information on our behalf:

• Hostinger, for website and email hosting
• Sendy, for sending marketing and newsletter emails from digitalgrowthstudio.co
• Brevo, for collecting sign-ups through the forms on our sample quiz pages and sending the quiz result and follow-up emails
• Cloudflare, for hosting our sample quiz pages, which involves processing technical data such as your IP address
• ThriveCart, for processing checkout and payments
• Tally, for the intake and enquiry forms that clients and prospective clients fill in
• Google Fonts, to display certain typefaces on our website and sample quiz pages, which may involve your browser connecting to Google's servers to load font files

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them if you would like more detail.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share information with the third party service providers listed above, to the extent necessary for them to perform their services, or where required by law.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal and tax obligations. If you unsubscribe from our email list, we will stop sending you marketing emails, though some minimal record may be retained to honor that request and for legal recordkeeping. Because our sample quizzes exist to demonstrate our service, people who sign up through them may be removed from the list after a demonstration period.

International Data Transfers

Some of the third party providers we use may store or process information outside of your country of residence, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we expect our providers to have appropriate safeguards in place to protect your information in line with applicable data protection law.

Your Rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information, in certain circumstances
• Object to or request that we restrict certain processing
• Request a copy of your information in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time, by using the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, such as Datatilsynet if you are in Denmark

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.
