Terms of Service

Effective date: September 28, 2026

These terms govern your purchase and use of services and digital products from Digital Growth Studio, operated by Mia Sorensen ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a service, signing up for a free resource, or otherwise using digitalgrowthstudio.co, you agree to these terms. Our services are for business use, and by purchasing you confirm that you are buying for your business.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our Services

Digital Growth Studio currently offers Quiz List Launch, a done for you email list system installation. It includes:

• One interactive quiz with up to eight questions and three results, built as your lead magnet, plus an opt in page and thank you page
• Your quiz hosted on its own branded address on a domain you own, such as quiz.yourdomain.com, using Cloudflare
• Email platform setup and connection. Brevo is connected by default at no extra cost, Kit is available as a paid alternative, and your current provider can be connected if you already use one
• One four email welcome and nurture sequence
• Automation setup connecting the full subscriber journey
• Full system testing before handoff, and a written walkthrough guide
• One consolidated round of changes after the first draft

Clients also receive The List Visibility Checklist and The 30 Day List Growth Plan as bonuses.

Quiz List Launch covers one offer, one audience, and one subscriber journey. The following are not included:

• A complete website, a new brand, or a new offer
• A large custom assessment, complex calculations, or unlimited result paths
• More than one quiz, audience, offer, or subscriber journey
• Ongoing email writing or regular campaign management
• Paid advertising, traffic generation, or guaranteed subscriber numbers
• Unlimited changes or open ended support
• Charges paid to third party companies, which are explained under Third Party Costs and Accounts below

Anything outside this scope can be quoted separately before work begins. If you use an email platform other than those listed above, please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether we are able to support it. Support for other platforms is not guaranteed.

Pricing and Payment

Quiz List Launch is offered at a founding client price of $697, one time, limited to the first ten clients. After those spots are filled, the price returns to its standard rate of $1,997. All prices are in US dollars. There is no required monthly fee for the core installation service.

Payment is processed securely through ThriveCart at the time of booking. By completing checkout, you agree to pay the listed price in full.

Third Party Costs and Accounts

Some parts of your project run on accounts and services that belong to you and are billed to you directly by the company providing them. These are separate from our fees and are outside our control. They include:

• Your domain, which you need to own, and its renewal
• Your email marketing platform. Brevo has a free plan with its own limits, and if your list outgrows it, any upgrade is billed by Brevo to you. Kit is a paid platform billed by Kit to you
• Cloudflare, which hosts your quiz pages, currently on a free plan

Plans, prices, limits, and features of these services can change, and we are not responsible for those changes.

For Brevo and Cloudflare, we create the account in your name using an email address you give us, and send you the login details. For Kit, you create your own account and invite us as a team member. Accounts are set up in your name so that you own them. Please confirm receipt and tell us of any changes as soon as possible, because your project cannot continue until accounts and access are in place.

Access to Your Accounts

You authorize us to access your email platform, hosting account, and, where you choose, your domain and DNS provider, only as far as needed to carry out the work you have purchased. Where a platform allows it, we prefer to work through an invitation or team member access rather than a shared password. If you choose to have us set up your quiz address for you, we will ask for access to your domain and DNS provider closer to that stage of the build.

When your project is delivered, you have full control of your accounts, and you should change any passwords we sent you. We do not keep access after handoff unless you have engaged us for an ongoing service that needs it. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

Optional Ongoing Service: Format, Test & Schedule

Format, Test & Schedule is a separate, optional monthly service. You do not need to have bought Quiz List Launch to use it, and it is not required alongside the core installation. You write your emails and tell us when they should go out. For each email, we format it in your approved brand design, check every link, send you one test copy, and schedule it for the date and time you ask for.

Packages are billed monthly in advance:

• Starter, up to 4 emails a month, $197 per month
• Growth, up to 8 emails a month, $347 per month
• Weekly Plus, up to 12 emails a month, $497 per month

If you need more than 12 emails a month, contact us and we will quote a plan that fits.

The following apply to this service:

• We do not write your email copy. Writing, and creating new designs, new subscriber journeys, or sales launches, are not included
• Final copy, links, and send instructions are due at least five business days before the requested send date
• Unused emails do not roll into the next month
• Your email platform's own subscription cost is billed to you directly and is not included in our fee
• You need to add us as a user on your email platform so that we can send and schedule on your behalf, and you authorize us to do so
• If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is resolved

The service renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice, and you remain responsible for fees up to the end of that notice period. We do not refund part months. We may change our prices for this service by giving you at least 30 days notice by email, and you may cancel before a new price takes effect. When the service ends, you remove our access to your email platform.

Digital Products

We may also offer self-paced digital products, such as courses, templates, checklists, or guides ("Digital Products"). Unless a specific product states otherwise, these terms apply to Digital Products as well.

When you purchase a Digital Product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual business. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product or your access to it with anyone else
• Share your login or download access with another person
• Repackage, teach, or present our material as your own, in whole or in part
• Use the product to create a competing product or service

Digital Products are delivered electronically, typically through an instant download or access link provided after purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid email address and to reach out if you do not receive access within a reasonable time.

Sample Quizzes

We create sample quizzes and funnel pages, such as radianthealth.digitalgrowthstudio.co, to show how a Quiz List Launch quiz can look and work. The brands in these samples are fictional. The content is for demonstration only and is not advice. Information you enter on a sample page is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Onboarding and Timeline

After booking, you will receive an intake form asking for the information and assets we need, including your offer details or a link to its sales page, your email platform choice, a domain you own, your brand assets, and the account details described above. Work begins once we have your completed intake form and your accounts and access are in place.

The typical installation takes five to ten business days from that point. Delays in providing information, assets, feedback, approvals, or platform access may extend this timeline. If we are waiting on you for an extended period, we may pause the project, and the timeline resumes when you return.

Revisions

One consolidated round of revisions is included. Once your pages and email sequence are built, you will have the opportunity to review everything and send one round of feedback before we finalize and test the system. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the work already agreed upon, not a new direction, a new quiz, a different offer, or a rebuild of the project from scratch. Additional revision rounds or work outside the original scope can be quoted separately.

Our Guarantee

If your Quiz List Launch is not built and working, we will fix it. This guarantee covers the system itself, your opt in page, connections, automations, and email sequence, working exactly as installed at handoff. It does not cover a change of direction, a new quiz, or work outside the agreed scope, which is what the included revision round is for. It also does not cover problems caused by changes made after handoff by you or anyone else, or by changes to a third party platform or its plans.

Refunds

Because Quiz List Launch is a custom, done for you service, we do not offer cash refunds once work has begun, which is when we have your completed intake form and your accounts and access are in place. Instead, we stand behind our guarantee above: if something is not working as installed, we will fix it until it is. Fees for the Format, Test & Schedule service are handled as described in that section.

Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to any accounts or platforms needed to complete your project. You are also responsible for:

• Having the legal right to use any content, images, or materials you provide to us
• The content of your quiz, emails, and offers, including any claims made in them, such as health, financial, or income claims, which you approve before launch
• Complying with the email marketing and privacy laws that apply to you and your subscribers, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM. This includes having your own privacy policy, a valid consent line on your sign up form, a working unsubscribe link, and your business mailing address in your emails
• Only emailing people you have a lawful basis to email

We may decline or stop work on content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

Data Protection and Your Subscribers

When we build or run your system, we may have access to personal information about your subscribers, such as names, email addresses, and quiz results. For that information, you are the controller and we act as your processor, handling it on your behalf. This section sets out how we do that. If you need a separate data processing agreement, contact us and we will provide one.

• We only use your subscribers' information to carry out the services you have purchased, and only on your instructions. We do not use it for our own purposes, do not sell it, and do not add your subscribers to our own lists
• Anyone at our business with access is bound to keep it confidential
• We use reasonable security measures, including working through your own accounts wherever possible, and we avoid keeping copies. If we need to export or copy subscriber data to do the work, we delete those copies promptly after the project is delivered or the ongoing service ends
• The platforms your list lives on, such as Brevo, Kit, and Cloudflare, are your choice and are governed by your own agreement with them. They act as your service providers, and their own terms and privacy policies apply
• We will help you respond to requests from your subscribers about their information, where you ask us to and it falls within our services
• If we become aware of a breach affecting your subscribers' information, we will tell you without undue delay
• Some of the providers involved may process information outside your country, including in the United States

Confidentiality

We keep your business information, login details, and unpublished content confidential and use them only to deliver your services. This does not apply to information that is already public, or that we must disclose by law.

Third Party Platforms

Our services connect to and rely on third party platforms, including your email marketing platform, Cloudflare, your domain provider, and ThriveCart for checkout. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations of these platforms, and your use of them is subject to their own terms of service. We also cannot guarantee that your emails will be delivered or reach the inbox, because that depends on the receiving mail providers and on your own sending practices.

Affiliate Disclosure

From time to time, we may recommend products, tools, or services that we personally use or genuinely believe in. Some of these recommendations may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you choose to purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Any affiliate relationship does not affect the price you pay. We only recommend tools we have used ourselves or believe would genuinely benefit our clients and audience.

Intellectual Property

Once your project is paid for in full and delivered, the pages, automations, and email content built specifically for your business are yours to use, and your subscriber list belongs to you. We retain the right to reference completed projects in our own portfolio and marketing materials, without showing any subscriber information, unless you request otherwise in writing. Our own methods, templates, sample quizzes, and processes remain our intellectual property.

No Guarantee of Results

Whether through our services or our Digital Products, we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, such as a certain number of subscribers, sales, or income. Your results will depend on many factors outside of our control, including your offer, audience, effort, and how you choose to apply what you learn or receive from us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Growth Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or digital products, or for problems caused by content you supplied, your own legal compliance, or third party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

Either party may choose to end an engagement. If you choose to end a project already in progress, you remain responsible for payment for work already completed up to that point. Ongoing services end as described in their own section. When an engagement ends, our access to your accounts ends, and you should remove any access you gave us.

Communication and Support

We aim to reply to emails within 24 hours on business days. Support after handoff is limited to the guarantee above. Anything beyond that can be quoted separately.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory law where you live.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will indicate when it was last revised. The terms in effect when you purchase apply to that purchase. For ongoing services, we will give you reasonable notice by email of material changes, and continued use after that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
